Interview
After a detailed introduction of the company, a consultant came into the room and gave us a deeper understanding of being an executive search consultant. Then, all of the interviewees were assigned into teams to do a group interview. Each team was given with 10 mins to discuss a question and then each interview was asked to present their conclusion separately.

If your superior asks you to complete an unreasonable task/demand, would you quit your job?
I had a very positive experience overall. The interview was primarily behavioral in nature, yet the questions felt purposeful and relevant. The interviewer demonstrated genuine interest in my background and experiences, which fostered an engaging dialogue. The conversation flowed naturally, creating a professional yet comfortable atmosphere that allowed me to share meaningful insights without feeling rushed or pressured.

Interview
There were three rounds of behavioral interviews. The first was with a talent acquisition recruiter, the second with an analyst, and the third with a consultant. The questions were straightforward.

There were several rounds of interviews with mostly behavioral and informational content. They ask questions about your personal background and your academic and professional experiences. There is high regard placed on sincerity, networking, and outreach, so be sure to demonstrate an interest in the company.
