You read the guidelines for speedway, then do a basic interview, you have to make the lady laugh or she doesn't give you a chance. The interview was easy but only if you have extensive work experience that fits the bill for working with customers. I'm not sure what she asked to people who didn't have experience working.

What was a time that you had a problem with a higher up?

Interview
It was pretty standard. We started off by introducing ourselves before getting on to the topics of her experiences then my experiences. The conversation was polite and short. Then she asked about what my favorite thing about working with my previous employer was. Overall the entire interview went smoothly even though I didn't end up getting the job.

I was asked about my previous work experiences and how I felt they would assist me if hired.
The store manager that interviewed me was incredibly professional and answered my questions professionally. I missed when that store manager left. The atmosphere was welcoming. The people working there at the time were welcoming as well.

It was easy and pleasing they do schedule from an online texting service so they don’t always know you are coming, they also have a long back ground check process
