Interview process was that I was called by HR for a phone screen, had a second phone screen with a peer, and then onsite interview with my boss. Process took about 1 week. Company is very disorganized and that shows through during the interview process as well.

Question 1
Questions were not very difficult. Hardest was why I wanted to work there. Most others were typical questions about management style.
