It is usually a 3 step interview
1. HR screening about an hour (phone) more of cultural fit and some technical questions
2. 3 member panel interview 30-45 Mins (zoom) asking about technical stuff and telling you about what the expectation for the job should be
3. Director meeting (in person). They talk to you about the programs and hear you talk about your experiences and how you fit in.
They are very fast in the process
