Applied online through a google form. Pretty sure everyone who applied got an interview. Sat down with the president, Michael, and a couple of people from the section. Standard questions, why do you want to join spec, what do you hope to gain out of it, what are you studying, etc. etc. Got a call a few days later asking me if I wanted to join.
