Very easy interview, more like a quick chat. We really just went over the position that's open and a little bit about my work experience. It wasn't a traditionally structured interview with the common questions like "Tell me about a time..." or "How would you....?", etc.
As long as you show up to interview, you get the job. I was told by the current employer that people are always leaving and this company wastes resources to train new hires who will leave within 1 year

The interview process lasted a half hour, sat with 1 pharmacist supervisor, a few behavioral and situational questions. Was asked about past jobs and experiences with each job. After, I was told I would be contacted within a few days for a response.
