I was recruited as a vendor for the company to join the company and the owner, Mark Schwartz approached the topic with professional, persuasive and passionate energy as an idea to discuss. Mark Schwartz at the time was a very good company owner, leader and businessman. There was no pressure nor promises that were not honored, as his honesty was, at the time one of his endearing qualities as a business owner.

There were no real questions per se since he was very familiar with my qualifications. The company was recruiting me, so it wasn't a job I was applying for, it was a job I was offered.
