It is a long process though, taking months to progress and your contact not replying to emails.

Interview
Short telephone interview followed by an assessment day at the office. Assessment day involved a presentation on the company, with an outline of the training courses availible and an emphasis on the training rather than the role. Then candidates were grouped into 2 groups for 2 group activities, then a 1-on-1 interview completed the day.
