I applied online. I interviewed at Sparkart Group (Oakland, CA) in Jun 2016
Interview
It was very odd... I never was shown around the office, or introduced to anyone I would presumably be working with.
The receptionist interviewed me instead of another account manager. She was fairly new, and couldn't answer any of my questions. After I read all of my questions to her (paragraph style), she told me that there was an hour long test I had to take. I finished it, thanked her, and went on my way.
A few weeks later, I got a call from HR asking if they had interviewed me yet. I said they had not, and they invited me for a second in-person interview. I politely declined feeling that their process was not something that aligned with my interests.

Question 1
They gave me scenario in which I would have to create a social media plan for one of their clients, and to work within the client's budgets and limitations.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sparkart Group (Oakland, CA) in Jan 2014
Interview
Phone screen followed by a test and multiple in person interviews. Everyone was smart, courteous and honest. They provide direct feedback which was very helpful. The HR manager is very responsive.
