Spark and Cannon interview questions

It was very professional and the executives were really nice. They seemed really interested in my background and asked me to expand on every position I have held over the last 20 years. They seemed to also have a personal level approach to their interview as well, reassuring that, yes, people make mistakes and someone didn't get penalised for minor incursions.
