Spacious (NY) interview questions

A pretty simple process evaluating your worthiness to manage the floor of a Spacious location in NYC. Similar to what one might expect for a host position or the likes. Took place at a Spacious location

Phone screen followed by an onsite where I spoke to several members of management, a software engineer, and a designer. The interviews with management varied. Some where about engineering leadership and others were shallow and superficial When I spoke to software engineer, we discussed their current implementation and I gave him advice on how to improve their system. This was suppose to be followed by a decision, but I never heard back from them.
