The interview started with Zoom then in person. Fairly easy and quick. Good information. No complaints! Responded to a decent time frame, didn’t keep me waiting. Overall process went at a pretty average pace
I applied online. I interviewed at SpaDerma in May 2025
Interview
I applied for the Spa Coordinator role and was contacted for an interview fairly quickly. The conversation itself was relatively short and focused mostly on availability and general job duties. While the initial communication seemed polite, the tone shifted noticeably when I followed up with questions about compensation and growth potential. The response I received felt curt and dismissive, which left me questioning how the company treats candidates during the hiring process. Overall, it did not feel like a respectful or welcoming experience.

Question 1
What is your availability, and are you comfortable answering phones and checking clients in?
The job posting says FROM $75k-$150k yet they actually pay $16/hr with the possibility of UP to 50-75k range. That is a HUGE difference in pay. The woman who interviewed me had not even read my resume before tbe actual interview.
