Interview
I went through a recruiter (who was awesome) who did the initial standard phone screen, after which I had a phone interview with the CEO.
This was followed by two more in-person interviews with the CEO and several senior staff members, including Directors and VPs.
There was no reason for the in-person interview during the COVID pandemic, other than the CEO wanting to prove that the company was 'safe'.
The interviews were really easy and casual. There were no difficult questions, and the talk often drifted away from the position. It was more a personality review than anything else as far as I could tell.

contacted through email about electronics position , I have worked for over 20 years in electronics and as an an engineering tech with .I was asked my salary range and when I replied with 22-27 hr , the response was too rich for us, so I m curious to know what low level pay they offer especially when minimum wage will soon be 15 an hour here , and , an electronics technician job requiring a degree isnt worth 22 an hour in los angeles where rents are well over 1000 a month !
there are jobs that pay 20 an hour without any degree or advanced training , so why the low pay ?
