Southwest Medical Associates interview questions

First interview is a recorded answer. There is no one interviewing you. You read a question and record yourself. If you are selected, you'll have an interview with 3-4 managers. They ask a lot of "tell me about a time when" questions. From there you'll be contacted with an offer if selected.

Very laid back interview process. I heard about this job from an acquaintance... walked in off the street, left my resume. Was called back to interview and hired same day. Took 4 days start to finish.
