Its a smart process. They will ask questions to try and pick out all of their values that they see in you. There is also alot of different questions involved.

Interview
Initial tests involving checking data and comprehension. Then interview at a station with some of the management asking scenario-based questions and questions about yourself. Involves finding the correct routing for passengers and also to write out an announcement for passengers.
