Lengthy multi-step process including various tests, evaluations, and 2 interviews. Applied and received offer letter 6 months later. My advice-Stay organized, stay on top of checking emails (I found an important email from them in my Spam at one point) and prepare to be patient. Waiting was difficult for me as I passed on other opportunities in hopes for this one but I think it's a good thing that prospective hires are vetted so thoroughly.

Specialized resume with interest letter required. Business casual attire. Hour long interview with two interviewees alternating questions. Seemed a bit non technical. More focused on personal relations than technical abilities.
