Frist step was a Screening call with HR. Then a phone iinterview with manager, in -person interview with the on-site Medical Director and physician/nurse team. There were 2 follow up calls.

Very difficult; Badgered my references; Regardless if you have been a nurse for over 20 years, they still want you to have recent within the last year of bedside.
