SoulCycle Front Desk/Reception interview questions

As we expand and build our new studio teams, we do our best to keep candidate experience a top priority. We apologize that your experience was not representative of this and are so grateful that you've taken the time to share with us how we can improve. We understand that the position is part time and that many of our candidates have other goals and priorities in their lives, which we love to support. However, we do look for a certain level of commitment to the role (minimum of 20 hours/week and flexible schedule) to ensure that our staff members are building relationships with our riders and building the community in our studio. We truly did not mean to offend you or be impolite in this process. We sincerely appreciate your interest and effort in our interview process and are extremely sorry that your experience with us was substandard.
