Interview
I was interviewed by two hiring managers who were so wonderful and upbeat. We just went into their office and it was a quick process (about twenty minutes). They also explained benefits, and salary, and were extremely transparent. I got such a great vibe from both of them, and my fears of maybe not being "Soul Cycle" material quickly faded as I saw a bunch of photos of current employees in the break room and they emphasized the importance of building community.
Easy interview process. Applied online then got a call from the studio manager. Had a phone call and then in person meet. Got the offer a few days later and accepted.
the interview was very chill and relaxed. interviewed once and heard back pretty much immediately. no hard questions; basically just seeing if you are a good fit and can talk to people.
Easy simple questions big focus on availability and customer service skills. They stress always finding the yes for the client and providing an overall great experience. Weekends are mandatory so be sure to include that in your availablity.
