HR got back to me within 3 weeks for an interview. Very personable responses and not AI generated. There was no formal preperation needed, they just asked about past experience and interest in the role. No current update on second round interview.
I submitted an online application and was then I was contacted for an interview with someone from HR. After that, they told me I had moved into the next round when I had a second interview with two different departments.
