I interviewed with this company and unfortunately had one of the worst candidate experiences in my career.
The interview process itself seemed fine, but what came after was extremely disappointing.
After completing the final round, I was told multiple times by the recruiter that a decision would be made “by end of day.”
This promise was repeated over and over, but no actual update was ever provided, even weeks later.
Lack of Transparency
The entire process felt opaque and unprofessional. There was no clear communication about the status of my application, no transparency on timelines, and no respect for the candidate’s time and effort. It often felt like I was just being strung along without any intention of giving me a straightforward answer.
Candidate Treatment
What was most frustrating was the lack of honesty. If the company had simply decided to move forward with other candidates, a quick “no” would have been perfectly acceptable. Instead, I was left waiting in limbo, following up multiple times, only to receive vague reassurances. This reflects very poorly on how the company values people, and it sends a strong message about how employees may also be treated.
Conclusion
Because of this experience, I’ve lost all interest in pursuing opportunities with this company again. I strongly believe candidates deserve clear, respectful, and timely communication. Dragging people along for weeks with false promises is unacceptable. I would caution other applicants to be prepared for a frustrating and unprofessional hiring process.
