Packaging science college week. Went with multiple other students to Hartsville, SC and conducted multiple interviews for different positions. Went into an office and spoke to two people that were extremely nice and inviting. They asked questions about my co-op experience as well as my extracurricular activities.

Interview
The hiring process was rather long in terms of the waiting period between interview and offer. The entire interview consisted on speaking with fellow employees, direct managers, and the department managers. The interview questions were mostly focused on how challenges were overcome and what projects I had worked on in the past that would be a close fit to what the company wanted. There were of course the standard psychological or behavioral type questions related to how I deal with disagreements, conflicts, or hostile situations.
