      Process Engineer Interview

      Oct 13, 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Raleigh, NC
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sonoco (SC) (Raleigh, NC) in Sep 2015

      Interview

The interview process was very laid back and took only 30 minutes. The interviewer went through my resume and asked about each previous employer and what experience I gained. I was asked about my family and what I wanted to go to NCSU and study Paper Engineering. I was aslo asked what location I would like to intern at.

      Process Engineer Interview

      Nov 11, 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Hartsville, SC
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Sonoco (SC) (Hartsville, SC) in Oct 2016

      Interview

The interview was during their college recruitment week. There was a info-session/drinks/snacks the first night, then the interview and tour the next day. They didn't ask very many questions during the interview and ended it early which left me confused because they had flown me across the country to be there. It's really important to try to network during the lunch session and sell yourself as much as you can.
