I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sonobi (Orlando, FL) in Sep 2017
Interview
The interview process was smooth, but I didn't get the job. The hiring manager seemed to be really nice, but never emailed me to let me know if I got the job or I wasn't selected, I had to follow up with HR to find out I wasn't selected.

Interview
I had a phone interview that went well and they asked me to come in for an in-person interview.
When I got there, I spent the first 45 minutes of the interview writing a calendar application in Javascript. I didn't quite finish because I ran out of time.
Then I had a 30 minute interview with the CTO, the IT manager, and the lead developer. They asked me questions about my skills and background.
I thought the interview went well, but they never got back to me about whether they wanted to hire me or not. I called the HR department two weeks after my interview and she said the manager would get back to me, but he never did.
I'll assume they don't want to hire me since they never gave me an offer, but I think it's a little odd not to tell people why they weren't hired, especially when they take their time to do an in-person interview.

Interview
The work environment was all open. The people seemed very friendly and welcoming. The location was a bit hard to find and in a not so great side of town. You go in they put you in a room (which I had to wait a bit for the CTO). They give you a FTF interview first. This took about an hour. Then you have a multiple choice/FR test which took about another hour. Then you get a typing test and a coded test where you had to connect to an API and display data.

Question 1
The most difficult thing was actually the Multiple Choice/FR test. It was very specific questions that I probably didn't answer the way they would have liked.
