There were three interviews. Once with the HR hiring manager, then a phone interview with the direct manager, and then an in person interview with the direct manager. They really want to make sure that the company is a good fit for not only them but you. They seem to really stress that you don't need to be perfect just open to learning and resourceful when it comes to finding answers to questions you don't know. Doors are normally always open.
