I got an interview after applying online, and went in for one in person interview for an internship. The interview was extremely laid back, and after 20 minutes of talking about the music industry and my passion, he offered me the internship.

Super comfortable, the team really makes you feel welcomed even on just the interview. They give you a feel of how the work environment is there, which is all good things. I went on an interview during covid, which is when events were completely different. But they really pulled everything together and gave me the low down of how they were working things to the best of their ability

It was very laid back and face to face, let your personality shine. The person who hired me was mainly looking for character qualities. So do not be nervous if you are confident in yourself.
