SoniQ Services interview questions

Easy and fast, and a take home challenge. After you submit the take home, if they like it, you then get a review interview where they ask you more specific questions to the code you wrote and you get suggestions.

First interview with the hiring manager. Then I got a design task. I presented the design task to the hiring manager. After that, they invited me to their offices in Berlin, where I had a group interview with the hiring managers and a person from HR. After a couple of days I received a standard rejection email that I was not selected. I had to ask for specific and detailed feedback and I rather received very generic feedback that they had to choose between two finalists etc etc. Overall a neutral experience. Positive: Nice people, friendly and approachable. They also paid for my travel expenses to Berlin and also my hotel. Negative: The very generic feedback they shared with me, for the rejection. They didn't provide a negative reason that I was not selected, they rather mentioned that they enjoyed the conversation, the design task etc, but they had to choose between two finalists, which doesn't make any sense as, even after a couple of months, the ad is still open.
