Sonepar Training for Emerging Professionals (STEP) Interview

      Mar 19, 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Broomfield, CO
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sonepar USA (Broomfield, CO) in Mar 2025

      Interview

1 phone screening, then 2 online interviews. The first was behavioral and the second was more technical (basic data structures questions). The final was an on-site interview starting with a group interview, then 2 roughly 30-minute panel interviews. One panel was about your resume, and the other asked questions about databases and networks.

      Interview questions [2]

      Question 1

Online technical asked generally about object oriented and functional programming, variable, data types, looping in languages, arrays, sorting algorithms, and inheritance
      Answer question

      Question 2

Given a bunch of relationships, how would you set up a database for them?
