First round interviews were through HireVue which was pretty standard. Mostly behavioral questions were asked. Final round interview was also mostly behavioral questions but with a higher percent of technical questions.

The interview was completed fully online, on my own time and was very easy to complete. Sonepar is making an effort to be flexible with student schedules during this crazy time and it is a great reflection on the company culture.
