I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Sonder Acquisitions (Youngstown, OH) in Jul 2018
Interview
It was very informative and truly they hire anyone with or without selling experience. The CEO really was BSing about something he didn’t even know about. AKA SALES. I found it very unprofessional. They kind of lure kids out of high school to employ and use them.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sonder Acquisitions (Canfield, OH) in Sep 2018
Interview
It wasn't a normal interview, but more so a 'pretend' interview to make it seem like they would hire you or not; because they would probably hire anyone.
It was full of red flags that included immediate response and interview the next day, and sleazy sales tactics to make it seem like you were exclusive to being hired. In reality they will hire anyone. They kept talking about how much money I could make, and that's concerning because any "real" company does not start talking about that within 5 minutes of the interview. The first interview was maybe ten minutes long, and the second one was about 40 minutes long at their sales base in the field. Again they wanted to talk about how much money I could make if I could grow my own "businesses" under this one, and in that moment I realized it was a multi-level-marketing company.
I declined the offer because I don't want to be haggling people to buy TV plans at supermarkets, be involved in a MLM company, and they were very unprofessional attempting to act professional. Although best of luck to them.
