The interview process was was very comforting. The recruiters kept you updated throughout the process and my interviewer was super friendly and welcoming. Her smiles and laughs got me relaxed.

What is one thing you wish someone knew about you before they met you?
Very friendly process, the recruiters politely give follow-up emails. The pitch video, where you make an introductory pitch, is 1 minute long and okay compared to other companies that ask you to keep talking for 3-4 minutes

Recruiting processes today are NOT GOOD, the amount of times I´ve been ghosted and left in the air is unmeasurable. With Somewhere was different, after a couple applications submitted they contacted me and set up an initial interview, my recruiter was the best! his responses were timely, clear and empathetic just like the client I interviewed for. I´m also very happy with my job offer and excited to start this new journey.

Quite easy to be honest. My experience matched the job description so the interview felt more like a conversation than an interrogation. It also helped to research a bit on the company and the people who will be interviewing me.
