I interviewed at Solvay Specialty Polymer in Alpharetta, GA in April, 2021. The interview process was smooth. But it was a very unpleasant experience with Solvay on the reimbursement process. I paid meals and hotel myself and Solvay promised to reimburse my expenses. It has been more than 4 months but still I did not receive any reimbursement. I communicated with Solvay on this matter but it has been more than 2 months still nothing happened.

Challenging interview. 1st was a 30 min phone interview. Was asked to come in for an in person interview. Scheduled me for 2 hours. 30 min with H.R., 30 min with lab manager, 30 min with senior scientist, 30 min with all of them together. They all asked a different variety of questions. Lab manager was safety, senior scientist was my scientific background, and all of them together was getting to know me on a personal level.
