A complete waste of time. When I I interviewed with the Marketing Manager, I was told how much she liked me and that they would later be in touch, I never heard back once from her. I followed-up with the HR Director via email in January and she explained they were still interviewing due to the holidays, I then reached out again after 3 weeks and never heard back from her. They didn't even bother letting me know whether they filled the role. It's just common courtesy for a company to update you in the process, but it looks like this place is in the business of ghosting you after you interview with them. I found out on Linkeldin that they hired a person in March. Honestly, I would stay away from interviewing at this unorganized and unprofessional company.
