Typical 1st round interview with mix of behavioral and technical questions. Superday is 4 interviews with people from analyst to MD level. Interviews are usually conversational and people want to get to know you.

Describe a company and why you would want to invest in it.
Had a first round with VP for an hour and then super day with most of the team in five separate Zoom calls (about four hours). Asked about background, interests, and random technicals. Team was interested in learning more about me and my interests.

Quick, 30 minute first round interview. Technical questions were simple-- mainly just questions about my resume. It was after I submitted a resume and spoke to a couple people who worked there. Following the first round there should be a superday.
