Chasity and the team at Solid Power were incredibly kind and accommodating to my schedule, especially with the complex task of coordinating interviews with folx all the way at the top of the organization. Once I was notified of the first round interview, the process from first to the offer of a third was prompt and respectful of my time. The final round interview does involve a considerable investment of time, as it will be approximately 3 hours and onsite, but since it was a newly created position, having mutli-level buy-in was a priority to the company.
