I was interviewed by several very nice people. The HR lady was very nice and thoughtful. She arranged every step of interview wonderfully. The technical interview was really a high level one. I wouldn't pass it if I didn't really worked in this area so many years. They were really care about this position. They sent out two VPs and two Directors for the interview. I didn't make it because my strength was MM and they would like to find a more "PP" one. The result was a pity for me but the whole experience was wonderful.
