Interview
They will call you up with no notice after you send them your resume and ask you questions. This will be your "interview" with Soliant. I'm on the west coast, and they called at 7am in August! After that if they like you they will attempt to set up an interview for you with a local district. This will be conducted by phone and you will be notified in advance.

Question 1
Since working as an RN in schools is "different", they want to know what you've done in schools so far, if you've worked with kids, what sorts of medical conditions you've worked with, etc. They also will assess how good you are at working independently.
