The interview comprises a few stages, starting with a get-to-know-you call followed by a test(who does that nowadays?), and then you are forced into an early interview(with them saying we need to make a decision by this week), where the team asks decent questions, before vanishing in thin air. Unprofessional behavior, and don't recommend anybody to apply.
