Solaroo Energy interview questions

I had a friend the company, when I was looking for a job I reached out and she helped set up the interview. I briefly spoke with the owner on the phone, he asked about my goals, my background and what I was looking for. He asked me to come in and sit down. We met and had a great conversation he was very candid about the company and the industry, we were both happy and he offered me the position.
