Phone only. Spoke to recruiter that was out of state. After that, was interviewed by a local manager for roughly 45 min. Manager was very upfront about the position, what to expect on a day to day basis, how to be successful. Only complaint was that they didn't really talk about how long the process was and made it seem like I would be making more money than is feasible.
