Interview
Pretty standard interview for any type of camp job. Only was interviewed by one person and got the job on the spot. The interviewer and I ended up just chatting, anyone with any previous camp experience should do fine. Note that Sol is an international camp.language program so there were questions pertaining to that and problems that may arise from that. Other than that, standard camp interview.

Interview
Manager seemed nice but then the job description kept changing. I couldn't accept the position as the duties and hours were not what we discussed in our interview. I have seen ads for the same position to be filled a few times in the past few months, which leads me to believe people are not staying in this position long. I was even asked to come in to talk about the job and the manager forgot about me.
