Sokolove Law interview questions

A recruiter set up the initial call with me. She then sent along my information to recommend me for two of the jobs that Sokolove was hiring for. Bridey reached out to me via email to set up an interview. I responded within 24 hours. I didn't hear from her for four days (beyond the dates she requested availability for) so I followed up with additional times that I could interview. She got back to me 48 hours later to try to set up a call again, asking for additional availability. I sent that over and never heard from her again.

Well I went into a room with two supervisors. They asked me questions on my customer service background and my call center experience. Before I went to the interview I did not know this would be a customer service job. So be aware.
