First phase of the recruitment process for and OutSystems project was an "handshake style" interview. A female HR technician greets me and presents the Project Manager to me. I was asked to describe my academic and professional achievements, expected job achievements and the wage i'd like to get. Then i was offered a few question to ask, which i did. At the end, the interview was reversed and i was told to interview the Project Manager using two questions tops.
