Very involved process with two rounds of interviews. First round: Back to back interviews with 3 analysts around 30 minutes each. Second round: Back to back interviews with 2 senior managers around 45 minutes each.
It was around 4 rounds fast process, last round in person. There is only one spot for the role. The first round was a screening phone call then then zoom interviews. The final round was multiple rounds with different admin staff.
Really easy. Just a conversation with supervisor and a tour. Nothing overly complicated. This was back before the pandemic though, so things may have changed a bit. I just got a call for the interview, went to meet supervisor then got job offer a few days later.
