Interview
I interviewed with the "creative director" who was condescending and unprofessional. She seemed pleasant at first but things quickly changed when she wasn't getting the preferred responses to questions. Most of the questions were pretty typical, with several "gotcha" questions thrown in.
Beyond the disrespectful treatment I received, this particular interview wouldn't stand out among the others I had during my job search. Upon reflection, the interviewer perhaps felt she was wasting her time after realizing midway that I wasn't the right fit for the job.
