I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sodexo (New London, NH) in Dec 2013
Interview
It was easy. Just a lot of questions about past experiences with customer service and conflict solving. Wasn't really an interview, pretty much explained the job at the interview. Talked about the expectations and requirements of employees. They asked about past experiences with food as well. Most of the interview seemed more like orientation so I pretty much knew I had the job.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sodexo (Bethlehem, PA) in Feb 2024
Interview
I will discuss my experience with Sodexo and their failure to call me for my scheduled phone interview yesterday at 2:00 and today. Despite my excitement and preparation for this opportunity, I was disappointed to receive no communication from Sodexo. This lack of professionalism has left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about my potential future with the company. In conclusion, I hope that Sodexo can improve their communication practices and avoid leaving potential candidates in the dark in the future.
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sodexo (Washington, DC) in Sep 2023
Interview
Phone call about my availability, and what hours are available throughout the week. I was also offered positions that required making and preparing food. It was a very minimal process, and didn't feel much like an interview at all.
