Phone interview and then references are contacted then the Long Medical process should have a back up job as it took me a month to finalise everything induction at site, learn lots there

Video call with head lady. Asked expected questions about difficult workplaces and handling situations, however felt she was only after one answer. Didn't really respond and nodded her head. So slowly felt I was not hitting the points I needed

- phone call to review resume - zoom interview asking questions based around service attendant role such as have you done FIFO before, have you had any cleaning roles, customer service roles. Interview was a very easy process if you trust that you have the experience to move forward - medical - drug and alcohol
