There was nothing to it. I applied and automatically had the job. To get the student worker position didn't take much, they just needed more workers since other students have demanding schedules.
The interview was scheduled after an online application process. it was a telephonic interview which was simple and asked for my preferences. overall it was very easy and simple and the HR reached out soon enough

Applied for the job and heard back within 2 days. Phone call asking to schedule an interview then there was a simple in-person interview asking about myself and availability and job was offered on the spot.

Interview
It was chill. They asked a few questions about my experience and basically gave me the job right on the spot. There were no extra things I had to do in order to get the job secured. It was and still is a very simple process.
