It was a small interview. Easy questions were asked. It's nit a typical HR interview as this is a labour job. The hiring guy was a nice person. In the interview, you are taken to a small room. The interest was good. In the interview some questions like delays in food industry were asked.
The interview was scheduled after an online application process. it was a telephonic interview which was simple and asked for my preferences. overall it was very easy and simple and the HR reached out soon enough

Applied for the job and heard back within 2 days. Phone call asking to schedule an interview then there was a simple in-person interview asking about myself and availability and job was offered on the spot.
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Sodexo (Prescott, AZ) in Aug 2023
Interview
It was chill. They asked a few questions about my experience and basically gave me the job right on the spot. There were no extra things I had to do in order to get the job secured. It was and still is a very simple process.
