I had one meeting with the Clinical Nutrition Manager, which included a knowledge assessment and briefly meeting the team of dietitians. Salary negotiations were first done with CNM then had HR involved.

Company has about nine standard behavioral questions they ask all applicants. Ranging from conflict issues, stress and time management, to computer skills and background information. I wish they would vary it up a bit, as I don't feel those questions are always applicable to the job in questions. I understand it's for what the company calls their "core values" but when even entry level current employees are not trained in it, kind of makes it ironic to interview/respond to those "core values."

Simple and to the point. I filled out the paperwork online then I was contacted via phone and email by a recruiter. We then set up an interview with the clinical nutrition manager at the facility. After the interview I was reached via phone and was offered the job, which was followed up by an official copy of my offfer letter via email including all the paperwork and salary details.
